  • If you wish to repair, return, or exchange the product, please contact the seller and discuss the reason and shipping cost before sending the product.
  • If the date of manufacture cannot be confirmed due to user negligence or damage to the label attached or opened inside the product, it is not included in the scope of free repair.
  • We recommend that you present proof of purchase and date of purchase.

  • Repairable period
    • If within one year of purchase: Free repair
    • After 1 year of purchase: A certain cost is incurred due to disassembly, confirmation, and replacement of parts
    • If the cause is the buyer's responsibility: A certain cost is incurred due to disassembly, confirmation, and replacement of parts
    • If the purchase date cannot be confirmed: Free after-sales period is set based on the production year and month in the product serial number
    • If the product is discontinued: Available after consultation with the seller

  • Period of request for return or exchange
    • In case of simple change of mind of the buyer: within 7 days after receiving the product
    • In case the product page is different from the advertisement: within 3 months after receiving the product (return or exchange is not possible after this)

  • Reason for non-return or exchange
    • If the return request period (within 7 days from the date of purchase) has elapsed
    • If the product or product packaging is damaged due to the buyer's responsibility
    • If the value of the product has decreased due to the purchaser's use or partial consumption

  • Repair, return, exchange shipping cost
    • If it is 3 months after purchase and the reason is the buyer's responsibility or a simple change of mind
      • Repair: 6,000 won (collection cost and shipping cost)
      • Return: 3,000 won (collection cost)
      • Exchange: 6,000 won (collection cost and shipping cost)
      • If the buyer sends it directly, please send it after consulting with the seller.
    • If it is 3 months after purchase and the seller is responsible
      • No collection and shipping costs
